The Madonna Inn, a
landmark hotel for over 40 years in San Luis Obispo, CA. One hundred and
nine rooms uniquely decorated with a special theme and color scheme. Some
rooms in The Madonna Inn include natural rockshowers and sinks made from giant
clam shells. The dining room is an ode to romance, decorated in bright
pink and gold with cupids dangling from the ceiling. A massive stone
fireplace dominates the lobby. I took a peek into the men's room to see
the giant clam sinks.
